These terms govern your use of the DualPay website and products provided by DualPay Ltd ("DualPay", "we", "us"). By accessing our site or using our products, you agree to these terms.
Our services
DualPay provides business operations services, including DualPay Flow — bespoke workflow automation that your dedicated engineer designs, builds, and maintains within your systems — and DualPay Identity, a biometric payment-security product currently in development. DualPay does not guarantee any specific commercial result.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the services unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or submit fraudulent information.
Intellectual property
The DualPay name, logo, and all site and product content are owned by DualPay Ltd and protected by law. The DualPay Identity concept is patent-pending. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DualPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
